We have immediate openings for talented and compassionate career coaches to sell resume-writing and career-coaching services to military veterans, civilians, and federal government employees. Prior military and/or federal government experience is required and a strong understanding of military performance evaluations such as NCOERs, EPRs, OPRs, FitReps, annual federal performance evaluations, and job descriptions is essential. Knowledge of the federal hiring process and military hierarchy is preferred.

This is an excellent opportunity for military veterans, military spouses, or federal employees retiring and/or changing careers. This position offers unlimited earning potential.

Qualifications: Minimum five years’ experience in recruiting, operations management, Human Resources (HR), and/or career coaching. A strong administrative and/or technical background is preferred. We require expert communication skills and a strong proficiency in Microsoft (MS) Office. You must possess exceptional customer-service and research skills, as well as a strong desire to help others achieve their career marketing goals. Recruiting experience is preferred.

Compensation: $25,000 to $60,000 (part-time and full-time)
